Description
Carved and polychrome wood niche or urn, Castilian school s. XVIII. (used to house a statue or religious image). It has a central recessed opening flanked by two capitals and leafy columns supporting a mixtilinear arch.
Finishing off the whole composition is a coping with leaf litter and medallion.
Pine wood carved and polychromed with marbleized elements in bright colors.
