Description
Beautiful tureen with Pickman presentation dish, stamped 40 1899. The tureen has a hair and is only good for exposition , and the dish is perfect. Fountain dimensions 50 cm long by 28 cm wide and tureen 34 cm long by 22 cm high. Stamp formed by a double circle and the legend “PICKMAN / CHINA OPAQUE / MEDAL / GOLD / *SEVILLE*”. The stamp has a diversity of color and measurements. It was possibly used in the transition from Pickman & Co. to Pickman Inc. in 1899.
